Anyone over the age of 18 getting pierced needs a validstate issued ID, military ID, or passport.

To pierce minors 14-17 we need the minor's state issued ID, military ID or passport; the parent or guardian's state issued ID, military ID or passport; and the minor's birth certificate, or proof of guardianship.


We pierce earlobes as young as 6 years old. In order to do this we only need the parents state issued ID and the minor's birth certificate.

One person is allowed in the piercing room with the person getting pierced. Individuals watching the piercing must me 18 years or older, have valid ID and sign the request to accompany release. For minor piercings the parent/guardian who signs for the piercing is the one allowed in the room.
